Beautiful villa, set in extensive grounds on the edge of the  lovely hamlet of Santa Rita and only 2 kilometres from the beach of Fabrica . the most picturesque beach in the eastern algarve! The house has 5 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, a large living and dining room area and a very well equipped kitchen. There is parking at the front of the house for 5 cars behind the front gates. The rear of the house boasts a large covered terrace with a dining table and chairs for 10, looking out onto an enormous private swimming pool

We had a great family holiday in this extremely well-equipped villa. There are 4 en-suite bedrooms and the fifth has a downstairs cloakroom to hand. All bedrooms had excellent beds and bed linen which was changed weekly. Aircon in all but one of the rooms. There were plenty of towels – including generously sized pool towels. The kitchen was good to work in, if a bit gloomily lit, and had absolutely tons of equipment – everything you could ever need (and we had a chef with us!). Outside the garden is laid to lawn with a large terraced area and plenty of shades available to use. Pool was very clean ( the pool man came twice during our stay), a sunbed for everyone, lots of inflatable toys and buckets and spades for the kids, a great barbecue.' Bruce L (UK)
