We can help you furnish your new house, set up your utilities services - including electricity, water, gas, internet, TV packages. We can organise insurance for your house. We can organise a gardener to look after your outside area and a man to look after and maintain your swimming pool. We can recommend  professional lawyers and accountants to help you.

There is a fixed fee for providing all these services depending upon the work required. We are happy to discuss these fees with you to come to an arrangement that satisfies all parties.

We all know what is involved in  keeping a property well maintained. We can help you maintain your holiday home with two weekly visits to identify any problems. We can advise you on any repair works that need to be done and arrange for these repairs to be completed. We can pay for these repairs on your behalf.  We can organise all types of building and decoration works.  If you already have a gardener and pool man, we can work with them to ensure that your property is well looked after.

We can also arrange to pay bills on your behalf. We can arrange for the house to be cleaned and prepared for your visits.

The cost of these services is 100 euros per month.
