Lovely 4 bedroom  house , with pool, situated within the tranquil urbanization of Casas da Audiencia, next to Praia Verde, in the unspoilt East Algarve, 15km from Tavira and 8km from Vila Real de Santo Antonio. Set among pine trees and close to all amenities the house is six minutes walk (450 metres)from the superb sandy beach and two restaurants and a cafe/bar. Casa Baptista is within a few minutes drive of five superb golf courses, including the new Jack Nicklaus, Monte Rei course, and backs onto a national reserve of pine trees. Casa Baptista, laid out over two floors with large terraces overlooking the rear terrace. It is luxuriously furnished throughout its four bedrooms, large living room and dining area, together with a large  luxuriously appointed kitchen. The linked house is air conditioned and is luxuriously furnished to a very high standard, and has a private swimming pool.

"We walked in (4 adults and 2 children) and couldn't believe how  beautiful this Villa was. It was spotlessly clean, airy and fresh. The  kitchen was fully equipped and everything had been provided for an  awesome two week stay. even pool inflatables for the kids. 5 mins walk  from beautiful sandy beach and five mins walk from a shop that sold all  the essentials. The people who own/run this villa should be proud of  themselves. I would definitely stay here again and would give it 10  stars if I could."

"O que posso dizer acerca desta moradia, é que está numa zona  priviligiada para quem pretende ter descanso e poder ter acesso a pé a  uma das melhores praias do Algarve. A moradia está bastante bem  equipada, wi-fi,  todos os acessórios necessários de cozinha, e está em  excelente estado de manutenção, sempre impecavelmente limpa. Tem dois  supermercados onde se pode adquirir tudo, mas é necessário a deslocação  em automovel, está perto de alguns restaurantes bastante simpaticos e à  noite sempre se pode dar um saltinho até Monte-gordo onde existem  bastantes bares e restaurantes. Os responsáveis pelo imovél a Sra. Else e  o Sr. Andrew são de uma simpatia extrema e são sempre muito  prestativos, eu já alugo casa com eles à três anos seguidos e vou  continuar a fazê-lo, esta já é a minha segunda estadia nesta moradia e  para o ano espero voltar. Recomendo para familias com crianças pois a  zona da piscina é muito agradavél e os meus filhos e sobrinhos sempre a  aproveitaram bem. Aproveito para agradecer à Sra. Else e ao Sr, Andrew a  atenção que sempre nos dedicaram nas nossas estadias e o cuidado que  tiveram para que as nossas férias fossem agradavéis."
