Stunning 3 bedrooms fully air conditioned town house , only 200 metres to the beach, situated within the village of Manta Rota, 12km from Tavira and 12km from Vila Real de Santo Antonio. Close to all amenities and only 2  minutes walk from the superb sandy beach, and with a large jacuzzi! The house is within a few minutes drive of five superb golf courses, including the new Jack Nicklaus,Monte Rei course.    The house has a large patio with barbecue and is nicely furnished throughout its 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, huge  living room  and dining area together with a modern well equipped kitchen.  The East Algarve is wonderfully portuguese. It is a beautiful place to come at all times of the year. In summer it is very warm and almost always with blue skis and sunshine. The winters are also sunny and with temperatures during the day of 16 to 18 c it is extremely pleasant. Of course there are also far fewer people and is wonderfully calm and peaceful.
