Lovely 4 bedroom house set in an exclusive condominium of 12 house, frontline to the beach at Manta Rota. The condominium has a very large private pool set in gardens that run down to the dunes and the beach. Manta Rota is a small town on the beach in the unspoilt East Algarve, 12km from Tavira and 10km from Vila Real de Santo Antonio. Casa Torben is within a few minutes drive of five superb golf courses, including the new Jack Nicklaus, Monte Rei course. Casa Torben is laid out over four floors with a large terrace looking towards the beach and the sea. It is beautifully furnished throughout its four bedrooms, living room and dining area, together with an open plan kitchen. The house is fully air conditioned and is furnished and equipped to a very high standard of luxury.
The maximum number of people ( including children) is 6.
The beautiful Ria Formosa!: The Ria Formosa in the Algarve is a beautiful labyrinth of lagoons separated from the sea by a coastal dune system which is broken up by various natural inlets. It is one of the most important nature reserves in the network of wetlands that links Europe and sub-Saharan Africa. The Ria has an enormous variety of natural habitats that provide refuge, feeding and breeding areas for an infinite number of flora and fauna and is a haven for birds.
The beaches of the isles of Faro, Barreta, Culatra, Armona and Tavira form a natural barrier to the Ocean. Behind are the dunes, sometimes just a narrow strip and sometimes wider and then come the labyrinth of lagoons and small sand islands and channels. At low tide other salty habitats are uncovered forming marches and salt marshes.
A wintering ground for many migratory birds. The Estuary has an enormous variety of natural habitats and biotopes that provide refuge, feeding or breeding areas for an infinite number of organisms.
